RCP was established to build high quality custom homes and perform the finest in renovation services for all lifestyles. We are a carefully selected group of dedicated construction professionals who are passionate about building, committed to excellence and serious about surpassing our Customers' expectations.
We specialize in unique and distinctive Living environments ranging from new Custom Construction to Historic Renovations. From Classic Honduran Mahogany Libraries and turn-of-the-century Wine Rooms, to elevators, interior slides and hidden passageways; we rise to the challenges of creative design and the lifestyle preferences of our clients. The creative and even whimsical can be accomplished. Having worked with the some of the area’s leading Architects, Engineers and Designers, we bring a “can do” attitude driven by the passion of building and decades of personal experience. Many of our associates and subcontractors are of the area’s finest and most cost-competitive.

In the past, RCP’s efforts have successfully built or renovated award-winning residences, restored homes on the National Historic Register, conducted projects overseen by The State Historic Preservation Office, The Missouri Department of Natural Resources and The Missouri Department of Economic Development. We have been honored with accolades for our new Custom Homes, successfully conducted speculative homes, developed subdivisions and created comfortable communities. However, our most important achievement has always been our Customer Satisfaction.
RCP is based in Clayton. Our projects have been in the central corridor of St. Louis; Clayton, Ladue, Frontenac, Huntleigh, Town & Country, Central West End, Clarkson Valley, Creve Coeur, and other fine communities. We have also traveled to other states to conduct quality work.
